About First Field

Independent living with clear support.

First Field provides independent residential living with clear expectations, respectful support, and a consistent process from admission through departure.

Five defined stages. Practical support throughout.

How it works

The resident process, step by step

05 stages
  1. 01

    Before you arrive

    Getting started

We review placement, required identification, emergency contacts, and any items that must be addressed before move-in.

  2. 02

    Move-in

    Signing the paperwork

Residents review and sign the residency agreement, consent forms, and room checklist so responsibilities are clear from day one.

  3. 03

    Daily life

    Living at the house

House guidelines cover quiet hours, chores, rent, and respectful conduct so the home can operate safely and consistently.

  4. 04

    Staying on track

    If something comes up

When concerns arise, staff listen, document what occurred, and explain the next steps in a fair and direct manner.

  5. 05

    Moving on

    Your departure

At departure, staff close the resident file, settle accounts, collect access items, and complete the required records.

Paperwork, made simple

Every step has a clear record.

Each form serves a specific purpose and helps residents, staff, courts, and referring agencies work from the same information throughout the stay.

House standards

Clear standards, applied consistently.

Residency is based on a license agreement

A stay at First Field is a revocable license rather than a lease, allowing prompt action when safety requirements are not followed.

The late-fee policy is stated in advance

A $50 late fee applies when rent is received after the third day of the month. This term is documented consistently.

Expectations are reviewed before move-in

Residents acknowledge house risks, random drug and alcohol screening, search consent, and privacy guidelines before admission.

Departure is properly documented

At departure, staff collect keys and door codes, return property, and settle the final account with a written record.

Before move-in

Schedule a walkthrough.

A walkthrough gives prospective residents and families a direct view of the home, its expectations, and the admission process before making a decision.
